To uninstall Actual Spy:
- On the Windows 98/Me/2000 taskbar: Click Start > Settings > Control Panel. In the
Control Panel window, double-click Add/Remove
Programs. If you do not see the Add/Remove
Programs icon, click "...view all
Control Panel options."
On the Windows XP taskbar: Click Start >
Control Panel. In the Control Panel
window, double-click Add or Remove Programs.
Then, click Actual Spy, click Add/Remove,
Change/Remove, or Remove (this
varies with the operating system). Follow the
prompts.
- Click Start > Run. Type regedit.
Then
click OK.
Navigate to and delete the registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Actual
Spy
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ActualSpy
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ActualSpy
Exit the Registry Editor.
However, a few of registry entries
may be left
behind deleting. You can ask for Spyware Doctor to clean up.
