1. Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u <Dll_name>. Then click OK. Replace <Dll_name> with following:
   nodeipproc.dll
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to and delete the subkeys:

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\browser helper objects\{2b896072-f6e3-4ff7-ade6-43d5bec6557c} noexplorer

3. Remove the file mentioned above in Explorer.
