- Unregister the dll files. To do this, open a
Dos command prompt window(from Start >
Programs > Accessory), enter the following
commands:
For Windows 2000/XP/NT,
cd %WinDir%/System32
regsvr32 /u syssfitb.dll
Or for Windows 98/Me,
cd %WinDir%/System
regsvr32 /u syssfitb.dll
- Open the Regsitry Editor (Click Start >
Run, type 'regedit').
- Delete The following keys if they exist:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\clsid\{c109664b-ceb1-420b-b353-d55a561536dd}
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\clsid\{c109664b-ceb1-420b-b353-d55a561536dd}

- Reboot the computer.
- Open the System folder( C:\Windows\System
(Windows 95/98/Me), C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows
NT/2000), or C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP))
and delete the following file:
syssfitb.dll
