To remove EmailObserver, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the process in Task Manager:
   emos.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to and delete the subkeys:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\EmailObserver
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\emos
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\emossrv
   
   Navigate to the subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Run,
   In the right pane, delete the values:
   "EmailObserver" = "C:\WINDOWS\system32\emos.exe /config"
   Registry management is too hard? Download Registry Mechanic, and you will find it too easy!
    
3. Remove the following files in Explorer if exist:
   C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\emos.exe
   C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\drivers\emos.sys
    
4. Remove the following directories and their containing files in Explorer:
   %Program Files%\EmailObserver
   %User Profile%\Start Menu\Programs\EmailObserver
