To remove FakeAlert, please follow the instruction:
- Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
rpnqrdnm.exe
runsrv32.exe
tcpservice2.exe
susp.exe
users32.exe
- Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u <Dll_name>. Then click OK. Replace <Dll_name> with the followings:
zserv.dll
wstart.dll
winflash.dll
udpmod.dll
runsrv32.dll
questmod.dll
pynix.dll
jao.dll
bridge.dll
- Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to the subkeys and delete the values:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\clsid\{60e2e76b-60e2e76b-60e2e76b-60e2e76b-60e2e76b}

- Remove the files mentioned above in Explorer if exists.
