To remove HotBar 4.8.4.0, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
   cml.exe
   hbtuninst.exe
   hbtv.exe
   hbtools.exe
   hbtweatherontray.exe
   hbtguard.exe
   hbtoeaddon.exe
   hbtsrv.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u <Dll_name>. Then click OK. Replace <Dll_name> with the followings:
   hbttoolbar.dll
   hbtinstie.dll
   hbthostol.dll
   hbthostoe.dll
   hbthostie.dll
   hbtwallpaper.dll
   hbtcoresrv.dll
   dbenderc.dll
    
3. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to the subkeys and delete the values:
