To uninstall HyperBar:

1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel or Start > Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs, Click Startnow ToolBar (v1.0.1.1) , Click Add/Remove, Change/Remove, or Remove.
   
   
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u %Dll_name%. Then click OK. Replace %Dll_name% with followings:
   %systemroot%\system\hyperbar.dll
   
   
3. Click Start > Run. Type regedit. Then click OK. Navigate to and delete the registry keys:
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Hyperbar.BootstrapService
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Hyperbar.BootstrapService.1
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Hyperbar.ClassObjectManager
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Hyperbar.ClassObjectManager.1
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Hyperbar.CodeDownloadBindingHelper
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Hyperbar.CodeDownloadBindingHelper.1
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Hyperbar.CommandHandlingService
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Hyperbar.CommandHandlingService.1
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\clsid\{1bc1fc4b-b0d2-4d8d-9307-2e40e2a8c257}

   Navigate to the subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main, In the right pane, delete the value: "Start Page" = "http://www.startnow.com"
   
   Exit the Registry Editor.
   
   
4. Remove these files in Explorer:
   %systemroot%\system\hyperbar.dll
   %systemroot%\system32\hyperbar.dll
   SNToolbar.msi
   NavHelper.msi
   StartNow.msi
   
   
5. Remove the directory in Explorer:
   %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Hyperbar

However, a few of registry entries may be left behind deleting. You can ask for Spyware Doctor to clean up.
