1. Kill these running processes with Task Manager:
   programfilesdir+\medialoads enhanced\install.exe
    
2. Unregister these DLLs with Regsvr32, then reboot:
   programfilesdir+\medialoads enhanced\me1.dll
   programfilesdir+\support software\ss1.dll
   programfilesdir+\support software\ss2.dll
    
3. Remove these registry items (if present) with RegEdit:
