To uninstall MessageSpy:
- Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u <Dll_name>. Then click OK. Replace <Dll_name> with followings:
%SystemRoot%\polarcrypto.dll
%SystemRoot%\polarziplight.dll
- Click Start > Run. Type regedit.
Then
click OK.
Navigate to the subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run,
delete the value:
"msaim" = "C:\Program Files\msaolim\msaolim.exe"
- Remove the files in Explorer:
%SystemRoot%\polarcrypto.dll
%SystemRoot%\polarziplight.dll
%SystemRoot%\comdlg32.ocx
%SystemRoot%\Richtx32.ocx
- Remove the directory in Explorer:
%ProgramFiles%\msaolim\
However, a few of registry entries
may be left
behind deleting. You can ask for Spyware Doctor to clean up.
