To remove MSN Chat Monitor & Sniffer, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
   A_MSN_Monitor.exe
   WinPcap.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u <Dll_name>. Then click OK. Replace <Dll_name> with followings:
   packet.dll
   pthreadVC.dll
   wpcap.dll
    
3. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to and delete the subkeys: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\OSWINME
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\"Msn Chat Monitor & Sniffer"_is1
   HKEY_ALL_USERS\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder\Start Menu\Programs\Msn Chat Monitor & Sniffer
   Registry management is too hard? Download Registry Mechanic, and you will find it too easy!
    
4. Remove the following directories and their containing files in Explorer:
   %Program Files%\AwinSoft\MsnMonitor
   %Program Files%\WinPcap\
