To remove Net Monitor, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
   NLSAgent.exe
   NLSAgentSvc.exe
   NLSAgtConfig.exe
   NLSupervisor.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to and delete the subkeys:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Net Monitor for Employees Console_is1
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Advanced Net Monitor for Classroom_is1
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Net Objective_is1
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\NMEmployeesAgent
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NMEmployeesAgent

3. Remove the following directories and their containing files in Explorer:
   %Program Files%\Network LookOut\Net Monitor for Employees
   %ProgramFiles%\EduIQ.com\Advanced Net Monitor for Classroom
