To uninstall OfferAgent:
- Click Start > Settings > Control Panel or Start > Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs, Click OfferAgent , Click Add/Remove, Change/Remove, or Remove.
- Click Start > Run. Type regedit.
Then
click OK.
Navigate to and delete the registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Switp
Navigate to the subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, in the right pane, delete the value:
"switp" = "%Windir%\switpa.exe"
- Remove these files in Explorer:
switpa.exe
switpb.exe
However, a few of registry entries
may be left
behind deleting. You can ask for Spyware Doctor to clean up.
