To remove OverSpy, please follow the instruction:
- Terminate the process in Task Manager:
overspy.exe
- Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u <Dll_name>. Then click OK. Replace <Dll_name> with followings:
ntqsi.dll
DoubleHook.dll
%Program Files%\OverSpy\Hook.dll
- Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to and delete the subkeys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\OverSpy_is1

Navigate to the subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
In the right pane, delete the value: "scvhost" = ""%ProgramFiles%\OverSpy\OverSpy.exe " minimized"

- Remove the following directory and its containing files in Explorer:
%Program Files%\OverSpy
