To remove PassThisOn, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the process in Task Manager:
   spydeleter.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to and delete the subkeys:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\uninstall\spydeleter v2.0\displayname
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\uninstall\spydeleter v2.0\uninstallstring
   Registry management is too hard? Download Registry Mechanic , and you will find it too easy!
    
3. Remove the directories and their containing files in Explorer:
   %Commonprogram Files%\spydeleter v2.0
   %Program Files%\spydeleter
