Poltergeist Removal:

To remove Poltergeist, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
   client.exe
   msskbtfm.exe
   navscan.exe
   server.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u <Dll_name>. Then click OK. Replace <Dll_name> with the followings:
   cat.dll
   trainwreck.dll
    
3. Remove the files mentioned above in Explorer if exist.
