To remove SafeAndClean, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the process in Task Manager:
   killandclean.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to and delete the subkeys:

3. Remove the directory and its containing files in Explorer:
   %Program Files%\killandclean
