To uninstall SearchPounder:

1. Terminate the processes in TaskManager:
   pounder.exe
   sysmonnt.exe
   
   
2. Click Start > Run. Type regedit. Then click OK. Navigate to and delete the subkeys:

   Navigate to the subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, delete the value:
   "sysmonnt"="%System%\sysmonnt.exe"
   
   
3. Remove these files in Explorer:
   %SystemRoot%\vbdata00.dat
   %SystemRoot%\sysmonnt.exe
   %SystemRoot%\msinet.ocx
   %SystemRoot%\unins000.exe
   %SystemRoot%\unins000.dat
   %WinDir%\unins000.dat
   %WinDir%\unins000.exe

However, a few of registry entries may be left behind deleting. You can ask for Spyware Doctor to clean up.
