To remove SillyDl YQ, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
   mte3ndi6odoxngnew.exe
   mte3ndi6odoxng.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to and delete the subkeys:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\policies {06849e9f-c8d7-4d59-b87d-784b7d6be0b3}
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\policies {645ff040-5081-101b-9f08-00aa002f954e}
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\policies {6bf52a52-394a-11d3-b153-00c04f79faa6}
   Registry management is too hard? Download Registry Mechanic , and you will find it too easy!
    
3. Remove the files mentioned above in Explorer.
