To uninstall Slotch:

1. Terminate the processes in TaskManager:
   mscache.exe
   aupdate.exe
   istsvc.exe
   
   
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u <Dll_name>. Then click OK. Replace <Dll_name> with followings:
   mscache.dll
   istbar.dll
   
   
3. Click Start > Run . Type regedit . Then click OK. Navigate to the subkey:
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, delete the values: "AutoUpdater", "MS Updates" and "IST Service"
   
   Navigate to and delete the subkeys:
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{69550BE2-9A78-11D2-BA91-00600827878D}
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Explorer Bars
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{69550BE2-9A78-11D2-BA91-00600827878D}
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar.
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ISTbar
   
   
4. Remove the file in Explorer:
   mscache.dll
   istbar.dll
   mscache.exe
   aupdate.exe
   istsvc.exe

However, a few of registry entries may be left behind deleting. You can ask for Spyware Doctor to clean up.
