To uninstall Snoop:
- Terminate the processes in TaskManager:
dump.exe
snoop.exe
- Click Start > Run. Type regedit.
Then
click OK.
Navigate to and delete the subkeys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{6C43F32A-4DFF-11D6-8286-0010A4066CF2}
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Snoop.Document
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Snoop
Navigate to the subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, delete the value:
"Snoop" = "C:\[User_defined_folder]\Snoop.exe /auto"
- Remove these files in Explorer:
dump.exe
pack.asm
pnppkt.com
snoop.exe
sninp.dll
However, a few of registry entries
may be left
behind deleting. You can ask for Spyware Doctor to clean up.
