To remove SnoopStick, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
   SnoopStick.exe
   mslspcg.exe
   CSSSUpd.exe
   CSSSWD.exe
   SSCRG.exe
   SSDGT.exe
   SSLS.exe
   SSMsgr.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u <Dll_name>. Then click OK. Replace <Dll_name> with the following:
   smdnn05.dll
    
3. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to the subkeys and delete the values:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\ChatRecMonSvc
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SSLOGSVC
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\WS2IFSL
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ChatRecMonSvc
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SSLOGSVC
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WS2IFSL
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\FA8950F240E56D941A25FD74A4AC2C8A
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{2F0598AF-5E04-

4. Remove the files mentioned above in Explorer if exist.
