To remove Sogou, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
   p2psvr.exe
   soda.exe
   skinpacker.exe
   strmfea.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u <Dll_name>. Then click OK. Replace <Dll_name> with followings:
   toolbar.dll
   tbupdate.dll
   sodalib.dll
   sodaie.dll
   p4pipc.dll
   feed.dll
   rss.dll
   supdate2.dll
   dlmgr.dll
   autolink.dll
    
3. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to and delete the subkeys:

4. Remove the directories and their containing files in Explorer:
