To uninstall SpecialOffers:

1. Terminate the process in TaskManager:
   specialoffers.exe
   
   
2. Click Start > Run . Type regedit . Then click OK. Navigate to the subkey:
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, delete the values: "specialoffers" and "contextserver"
   
   
3. Remove the file in Explorer:
   specialoffers.exe

However, a few of registry entries may be left behind deleting. You can ask for Spyware Doctor to clean up.
