1. Terminate the processes in TaskManager:

2. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel or Start > Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs, click System Soap, click Add/Remove, Change/Remove, or Remove.
   
   
3. Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u <Dll_name>. Then click OK. Replace <Dll_name> with following:
   pbhelper.dll
   
   
4. Remove the directories in Explorer:
   %ProgramFiles%\popup blockade
   %ProgramFiles%\system soap pro\
