To remove TotalSpy, please follow the instruction:
- Terminate the process in Task Manager:
ctfmon.exe
- Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK.
Navigate to the subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run,
In the right pane, delete the values:
"ctfmon.exe" = "C:\Program Files\TS Trial\ctfmon.exe"

- Remove the following directory and its containing files in Explorer:
%Program Files%\TS Trial
