UPDMGR Removal:

To remove UPDMGR, please follow the instruction:

1. Start Windows in Safe Mode
    
2. Terminate the process in Tasks Manager:
   UPDMGR.exe
    
3. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to the subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
   In the right pane, delete the value: UPDMGR
   Registry management is too hard? Download Registry Mechanic , and you will find it too easy!
    
4. Remove the following file in Explorer if exists:
   C:\Program Files\Common files\updmgr\updmgr.exe
    
5. Reboot your computer
