Claims to be an anti-spyware, but installs CommonSearch, UCMore, Bargain Buddy, and other spyware instead. From the doc: 'We record and analyze the use of the service and software in order to get general, aggregate compilations of users' characteristics and uses of the Internet to potential users and commercial partners. We may use the information that we gather for statistical purposes in aggregate, anonymous form and for advertising, marketing, and other commercial activities.'

VCatch Manual Removal:

Follow these steps to remove VCatch from your machine.  Begin by backing up your registry and your system, and/or setting a Restore Point, to prevent trouble if you make a mistake.

1. Kill these running processes with Task Manager:
   adp.exe
   programfilesdir+\commonsearch\vcatch\vcatch.exe
   vctadpi7099.exe
    
2. Go to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. If you find the value HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run\vcatch, delete it and reboot the machine immediately.
     
3. Unregister these DLLs with Regsvr32, then reboot:
   programfilesdir+\thesearchaccelerator\iucmore.dll
   programfilesdir+\thesearchaccelerator\ucmtsaie.dll
   systemroot+\system32\anticipator.dll
   systemroot+\system32\mcact.dll
    
4. Remove these registry items (if present) with RegEdit:
