1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
   wfx5.exe
   updater.exe
   sr.exe
   
2. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel or Start > Control Panel. In the Control Panel window, double-click Add/Remove Programs. Click WinFixer. Click Add/Remove and follow the prompts.
