To remove WinHound, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
   Winhound.exe
   html.exe
   intell32.exe
   links.exe
   ll.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u <Dll_name>. Then click OK. Replace <Dll_name> with the followings:
   birdihuy.dll
   cwrapper.dll
   mtc.dll
   oleext.dll
   shdochp.dll
   st3.dll
   zlbw.dll
   wl.dll
   rc.dll
   msvcr71.dll
   bhoimpl.dll
    
3. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to the subkeys and delete the values:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run FHPage
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run intell32.exe

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run WinHound
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupreg\links
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupreg\WinHound
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MainStart Page= [local address]
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MainStart Page= [site address]

4. Remove the files mentioned above in Explorer if exist.
    
5. Remove the following directory and its containing files in Explorer:
   %Program Files%\WinHound\
