Corp. The software components includes, Stop-Sign
Computer Protection Service, OOdlz Ad-Free Games,
kon-X Premium Dialup Service and/or MegDat
Personal Media Service.
The software components mentioned above can open
pop-up windows, promoting other products from
eAcceleration Corp and also install other
eAcceleration products without prompting the
user.
From the EULA: "Installation may also include
the eAcceleration Download Receiver or other
eAcceleration Corp free software. End Users who
are not paid subscribers also agree to allow
eAcceleration Corp to display online advertising
for our own products."
eAcceleration Corp state: Download Receiver has been discontinued in
2002. Even if a person has download Receiver, it
is no longer downloading any pop-up adverts of
our other products, it was stopped at 2002. We
provide removal of any products customer does not
want free of charge, users can call 1-800 number.
