Exit the registry editor.
Restart your computer.
Delete C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Application
Data\MicrosoftOffice\Excel10.dll
Note: %UserName% is a variable. This is
set to your username.
Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
In Internet Explorer, click Tools ->
Internet Options.
Click the Programs tab -> Reset Web
Settings.
