Please follow the instructions below if you would like to remove CrossKirk manually. Please notice that you must follow the instructions very carefully and delete everything that is mentioned. In most cases the removal will fail if one single item is not deleted.

• Go to START > Run, type 'regedit' to open the registry editor.
• Navigate to the key:
  
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
  
  In the right pane, delete any of these values:
  
  "li-realy00008" = "c:\program files\Webdialer\kernel32.exe -m"
  "od-teen278" = "c:\program files\Webdialer\od-teen278.exe -m"
  "od-stnd???" = "c:\program files\Webdialer\od-stnd???.exe -m"
  
  where ??? can be any numbers.
  
• Find and delete the following keys:
  
  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Webdialer
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
  \Uninstall\Webdialer_li-realy00008
  
• Restart the computer.
• Find and delete the following folder:
  C:\Program Files\Webdialer
