Delete 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Browser Helper Objects \ {F9765480-72D1-11D4-A75A-004F49045A87}, if it exists.
Exit the registry editor.
Restart your computer.
