5. In the right pane, delete the value called {159471E5-F30C-434F-A0AB-73BD7D4487BF}, if it exists.
6. Browse to the key:
   'HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Toolbar \ WebBrowser'
7. In the right pane, delete the value called {159471E5-F30C-434F-A0AB-73BD7D4487BF}', if it exists.
8. Exit the registry editor.
9. Restart your computer.
10. Start Windows Explorer and delete:
    %SystemDir%\WinNB40.dll
    Note: %SystemDir% is a variable. By default, this is C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me), C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000), or C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP).
11. Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
12. In Internet Explorer, click Tools -> Internet Options.
13. Click the Programs tab -> Reset Web Settings.
