Onflow Description:

Onflow is a player for 'rich media' content. This is currently principally advertising with 3D animation. The Onflow player calls back to Onflow's servers when an advert is played, with a player ID. This allows tracking in a similar way to 'third party cookies'.

Onflow Manual Removal:

The 'Add/Remove Programs' option seems to work fairly well. It leaves an 'uninstall onflow' item behind in your Program Files directory, but this is easy to delete.

1. Kill these running processes with Task Manager:
   c:\of_stub_ins_w_2071.exe
   programfilesdir+\internet explorer\plugins\onflowreport.exe
   programfilesdir+\onflow\uninstall onflow.exe
   systemroot+\temp\of_stub_ins_w_2071.exe
   
2. Remove AutoRun Reference: Go to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
   
3. Unregister these DLLs with Regsvr32, then reboot:
   programfilesdir+\internet explorer\plugins\ieonflow.dll
   programfilesdir+\internet explorer\plugins\nponflow.dll
   programfilesdir+\internet explorer\plugins\onflowplayer0.dllonflowplayer0.dll
   
4. Remove these registry items (if present) with RegEdit:

   systemroot+\temp\of_stub_ins_w_2071.exe
   
6. Remove these directories (if present) with Windows Explorer:
   programfilesdir+\internet explorer\plugins\ieonflow.dll
   programfilesdir+\internet explorer\plugins\onflow
   programfilesdir+\onflow
   systemroot+\temp\onflow
