• Close all the open Internet Explorer windows.
  
• Search the file PWRSC037.dll using Windows Explorer, and write down the location of this file.
  
• Unregister the PWRSC037.dll, to do this, click Start > Run, type regsvr32 /u %DllDir%/PWRSC037.dll and click Ok.
  
  Note: the DLLDir is a variable, you should replace it with the directory where PWRSC037.dll is.
  
• Delete the file PWRSC037.dll
