2. Go to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. If you find the value nce\bg, delete it and reboot the machine immediately.
   
3. Unregister these DLLs with Regsvr32, then reboot:
