aimfaker.exe is the main executable of FakeAIM
1.0 Trojan which is used to steal AIM
passwords. From the doc: 'This is the first
version of my FakeAIM program. I designed the
interface to mach AIM version 5.0.2938 which
is the latest. To use just place the exe file
some place on the hard drive and run it. Leave
it sit on the desktop and wait for some person
to try to sign on to the AIM network. Once the
user clicks the Sign On button then the
ScreenName and Password are stored in a log
file name macro.log. This file will be in the
same directory or drive that you stored the
exe file in.' |
