CWS.Svcinit Removal Instructions:

To remove CWS.Svcinit, please follow the instructions:

  1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
    sinit-20030929.exe
    sinit-20031008.exe
    sinit-20031010.exe
    sinit-20031022.exe
    mssys.exe
    svcinit.exe
    svcpack.exe
     
  2. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to the subkeys and delete the values:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run\mssys
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\runservices\svc service
    Registry management is too hard? Download Registry Mechanic, and you will find it too easy!
     
  3. Remove the files mentioned above in Explorer if exist.
