To remove InsideChatSpy, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
   ICS.exe
   EML.exe
   xcacls.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u %Dll_name%. Then click OK. Replace %Dll_name% with following:
   ICS.dll
    
3. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to the subkey and delete the value:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\ "ICS" = "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ICS\ICS.dll" rdl"
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ICS

4. Remove the files mentioned above and following directory in Explorer if exist:
   C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ICS\
