To remove MSNTrackMon, please follow the instruction:

1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
   msntrack.exe
   WinPcap.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to the subkeys and delete the values:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\MSN Track Monitor_is1
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\MSTTK
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Local AppWizard-Generated Applications\MSN SPY
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder\Start Menu\Programs\MSN Track Monitor
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder\Start Menu2\Programs\MSN Track Monitor

3. Remove the files mentioned above and following directories in Explorer if exist:
   %UserProfile%\Start Menu\Programs\MSN Track Monitor\
   %ProgramFiles%\MSN Track Monitor
