ShopperReports Toolbar Removal Instructions:

To remove ShopperReports Toolbar, please follow the instructions:

1. Terminate the processes in Task Manager:
   shprrprt18.exe
   shprrprthb.exe
   shprrprthbt.exe
   hbtools.exe
   cml.exe
    
2. Click Start > Run. Type REGSVR32 -u %Dll_name%. Then click OK. Replace %Dll_name% with following:
   shprrprt.dll
    
3. Click Start > Run. Type REGEDIT. Then click OK. Navigate to the subkeys and delete the values:

4. Remove the files mentioned above and following directories in Explorer if exist:
   %UserProfile%\application data\hbtools\
   %UserProfile%\application data\shopperreports
   %ProgramFiles%\shopperreports
